Commercial Break : Prawn Stars


What do you do when you receive three pieces of precious calamansi*?! What protein is deserving of their love?


Extra large PRAWNS, of course!

Butterfly the prawns. Prawn must be lying down, belly side down. Cut the head BUT do not behead it completely. This will just make it easier for the prawn to open fully.

Slice the back from head to tail and devein.

Voila!

Spread the love.

3 dashes of knorr, a pinch of salt and sugar, a dash of garlic powder and a sprinkle of pepper for each prawn.

Don't forget the freshly minced garlic and butter.

Place in the oven at 160C using fan grill for 8 minutes.

Perfect Christmas Eve meal. Love it.


* Lemon can be a substitute for calamansi
