Context :
During meal times, mom usually encourages Sam to finish his food by saying, "Almost done. One more bite!"

Today, Sam saw that his dad stopped eating his dinner for a minute. He approached his dad and said, "Almost there, dad!"

Sam : Mom, why did we go to the doctor today? Am I sick?

Mom : No, you're not sick. You had your immunisation shots.

Sam : The doctor pinched me?
